🛍️ 1. Your Right to Know (Before You Buy)

Under UK law, we must give you clear, complete information before you place an order.

On every product page and during checkout, we will always show:

  • Product description and weight/quantity
  • Price including VAT
  • Delivery cost (shown at checkout)
  • Expected delivery time
  • Whether an item is returnable or non-returnable

💬 2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving non-perishable items, as long as:

  • The goods are unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • You notify us within 14 days by email (info@namasteuk.org )

📦 Important:
This does NOT apply to perishable goods like:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy, frozen foods, or chilled items
  • Baked goods
  • Any sealed food item once opened

These cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

🔁 3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

We’ll offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Or a full refund
  • Or store credit (your choice)

We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.

⏳ 4. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of return or confirmation.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method.

📌 5. Your Rights Under the Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to goods that are:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • As described
  • Fit for their intended purpose

If they’re not, you can:

  • Reject the goods within 30 days and get a full refund
  • Ask for a repair or replacement (where applicable)
